Home Early

When I saw this picture, the look on the blonde's face just totally screamed total surprise at me and this idea just popped into my head. It's my first go at making a comic style caption and surprisingly, it's quite short! I didn't feel any further dialogue was needed, the picture seemed to speak for itself. Leave me some comments and let me know what you guys think! Do you like the comic style? Should I try using this style more often?

Revenge may take days, weeks, or months, but seizing the opportune moment is priceless.

I had this story in mind for awhile and had originally only wanted to do a short one panel caption like I usually do, but once I started writing it, the ideas just started flowing and flowing and becoming more and more devious until I ended up with almost a short story. I started with a general impersonation and revenge theme but as I went on, I gradually incorporated the wedding and then more of a back story to it. The last panel detailing his adventures post wedding was sort of a spontaneous ad on to the story, I wanted to give the story a more final conclusion.This is definitely one of my favorite captions that I've written thus far. First Date

Here is yet another caption I wrote awhile back but never got around to posting. I made some minor changes to it and I like it better now. 

The Perfect Seduction

This was an idea I'd had in my head for awhile, but never got around to writing. Last week, before I had to go away for a bit, I finished writing this, but didn't have enough time to put it into a design. I finally got around to doing that this morning and I'm quite pleased with the overall result. The style and layout of the caption is mostly inspired by Caitlyn of Caitlyn's Masks, a fantastic blog I frequent often (check her blog out if you haven't already!). For those of you that have seen Patriot Games, this scene may seem a bit familiar, as this cap was inspired by one of my favorite scenes from that film, with a TG twist of course.

Wow, when I'd first started captioning, I was just struggling to make one or two captions! I never thought I'd hit 100! It's been very exciting for me to make it this far and I would like to thank everyone who's read my blog/captions for your support, especially to those who leave such nice comments! This particular caption set took me a long while to do. I think I started writing this about a month ago actually and I worked on it on and off over the course of that time. This set is a return cap for the wonderful Elise who made me a wonderful cap about a month ago which I still absolutely adore. Her writing style is fantastic and I was trying my best to equal her gift to me (seriously though, if you haven't checked out her work yet, you totally should, it's amazing!). I had originally intended this story to take up only one panel, but as I fleshed out my story, I found that there was more and more I wanted to tell and over time it gradually grew until I had to settle for three panels. Magic Act (For Elle)

Here's a cap I did for Elle as a capback for the lovely one she made me almost two months ago! Wow, how time flies! It took me awhile to find a suitable picture for this one, but I knew I definitely wanted to go with a magic act theme for this one. Then after I found this picture, it still took me a bit before I completely fleshed out the story but I'm fairly happy with how this one turned out. I'm always a big fan of innuendos and double entendres so I filled this cap with plenty of those! Hope you guys like it too!
